What to Expect
For You
- Your groomer will thoroughly assess your pets fur to determine what service would be best for it.
- The appointment will last between 3 – 4 hours
- At some point during your pet’s appointment, you’ll receive an update. If everything is going well, you likely won’t hear from us again until it’s time for pickup, unless we have a question or need to discuss something with you.
- You will receive a pickup time 30 minutes before the end of the groom
- At any point, if your pet cannot tolerate the process we will stop the groom, reassess and come up with a plan.
