- All Dogs & Cats are welcome.
- Appointment times last up to 2-3 hours on small breed dogs & 4-5 hours on larger breed dogs.
- We expect you to pick up your Dog or Cat within 30 minutes to an hour max of the groom being completed– we will call you 20-30 minutes before the pickup time.
- We have the right to refuse service if we are not comfortable with what is being asked. Example: Excessive de-matting.
- If you are a new client and wish to book an appointment you can do so online– just select a service and follow the instructions. Alternatively, you can call us and we can book the appointment with you.

How long does it take to groom a cat?
Each appointment takes approximately 3-4 hours.
How much does grooming cost?
Prices vary depending on the haircut that is desired and the temperament of your cat.
Do I need to bring anything if my cat is getting groomed?
All cats must come in their crates.
Does my cat need to be spayed or neutered to attend grooming?
No.
Can I bring my cat in for a haircut without a bath?
The bath is recommended for your cat because it keeps their coat clean and the groom lasts longer. Even hairless cats need baths to get the grease off their skin. That being said, cats that are severely terrified of water will be an exemption.
If I can’t pick up my cat when the groom is finished, can I leave them there? is there a fee?
It is always best to pick up your cat as soon as their groom is finished, and we can accommodate you if pick up is in a timely manner, free of charge.
How often should I get my cat groomed?
Depending on their coat type we recommend 4-6 weeks.
When should my cat have their first groom?
The sooner the better! Getting your cat used to the grooming process will help them feel less stressed and more comfortable as time goes by.
Do you offer to do pick up and drop offs?
Not at this time.
Can you do creative cuts?
Yes, we can groom your cat however you'd like as long as the cat is cooperative.
How long does it take to groom a dog?
Typically appointments will take between 3-5 hours depending on the size of the dog, coat condition and temperment.
How much does grooming cost?
Grooming costs will depend on the size of your dog and type of coat your dog has. Prices will be discussed during drop off. If you would like a quote for your dog feel free to send us an email with a photo of your dog and the haircut you desire. Please note that a quote is NOT the final price of your groom, it is strictly to give you an idea of how much you may be expecting to pay. It is very hard to give a price until we meet your pet in person.
Do I need to bring anything if my dog is getting groomed?
You can bring any special shampoo or treats that you feel your dog will need to make them feel more comfortable.
Does my dog need to be spayed or neutered to attend grooming?
No.
Can I bring my dog in for a haircut without a bath?
Unfortunately no, a good bath and drying is necessary to achieve a good quality groom.
If I can’t pick up my dog when the groom is finished can I leave them there? Is there a fee?
It's always better to pick up your dog as soon as they are finished. However, if you cannot do so and it is in a reasonable timeframe we can accommodate you depending on the day, free of charge.
How often should I get my dog groomed?
We recommend you groom your dog every 4-6 weeks to keep their coat healthy.

We accept all breeds and all sizes now-- Great Danes included!
