Pawlish Policies

1.  All appointments will be required to sign the Pawlish Cosmetic Teeth Cleaning Waiver available through your booking online.

2.  All services are bookable online and over the phone. If you need to cancel for any reason or reschedule, you must call the store at 416-792-1684. 

3. All appointment bookings will need to be confirmed 24 hours before the scheduled appointment date. If your appointment is not confirmed within the 24-hour mark, the booking will be cancelled. Please confirm via text or call the reception team.

4. During drop off of your pet, you must arrive on time-- any appointment later than 15 minutes will be subject to a late fee with a minimum of $30. It is at your groomer's discretion if they can still accept your appointment past the 15-minute mark. 

5. During pick-up times, we cannot hold your pet; you must show up at the time given to you. If you are more than 1 hour late from the time we called you to pick up your pet, we will charge you a minimum of $30 boarding fee every 30 minutes. Keeping your pets with us for longer than necessary can cause them stress and create negative associations.

6. A link will be sent to you to fill out an intake form and our waiver once you book the appointment. You will also be required to click a secure link to create a Square account. This account will be used to pay Pawlish.

7. Pawlish reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if it is determined that your pet is not a suitable candidate, if safety concerns arise, or if your expectations are not aligned with the service provided.

8. Pawlish Cosmetic Teeth Cleaning is an independent business operating separately from Juju Grooms. Pawlish rents space within the Juju Grooms facility but is not owned, operated, supervised, or controlled by Juju Grooms.

9. Any concerns, claims, or disputes related to cosmetic teeth cleaning services must be directed solely to Pawlish Cosmetic Teeth Cleaning. Juju Grooms, its owners, employees, and representatives are not responsible or liable for any services performed by Pawlish, nor for any injury, damage, loss, or issue that may arise in connection with Pawlish’s services.

Store Rules:

1.  Keep dogs on a leash at all times. 

Payments: 

We accept debit and credit. 

Cancellations: 

1. Cancellation and rescheduling of an appointment by the client requires a 24-hour notice.

2. It is considered a "no-show" when the client is not available at the scheduled appointment time and does not contact the store to cancel or reschedule. 

3. Please make every effort to call and cancel or reschedule when possible.

4. In the event of a family emergency or any other uncontrollable circumstance, Pawlish has the discretion to refund the deposit. We understand that life can bring emergencies/unforeseen circumstances, and we will do our best to work with you, but not if it proves to be a consistent problem. 

Zero Tolerance For Harassment and Abusive Behaviour

 

Aggressive behaviour and any form of verbal or physical abuse to our staff or Juju Grooms staff will not be tolerated.

 

Respect and communication are a must, and we have the right to refuse and terminate the relationship if aggressive behaviour is evident.

 

We encourage our clients to give us feedback and maintain a line of open communication on how we can serve you better.
