What to Expect

For You

  • Your groomer will thoroughly assess your cat's fur to determine what service would be best for it.

  • The appointment will last between 3 - 4 hours

  • They will be providing an update at some point during the appointment to let you know how your cat is doing

  • You will receive a pickup time 30 minutes before the end of the groom

  • At any point, if your cat cannot tolerate the process we will stop the groom, reassess and come up with a plan.

Grooming Steps

  1. First things first, nails. We trim their nails first so there are no accidental injuries to the groomer.

  2. We prep your cat, if they are getting a haircut we pre-clip the fur before the bath to help reduce the drying time.

  3. We bathe them! Your cat will get bathed at least 2 times, cats coats are usually very greasy and that grease holds on to dirt like you wouldn't believe.

  4. Once the bath is over they get a break, they rest in a crate with a soft towel as a bed and a heatless dryer dries them.

  5. When they are dry it's time for the finishing touches! That could be refining the haircut or de-shedding.

  6. We call you!
